Terms & conditions
The terms for using tutorials.co.uk: course access, refunds, intellectual property, and the law that governs them.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using tutorials.co.uk(the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.
The Website is operated by Coaley Peak Ltd (Coaley Peak®), a company registered in England and Wales.
2. User accounts
Some features of the Website require you to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
- Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for unauthorised purposes.
3. Free content
tutorials.co.uk provides a library of free tutorials, guides, and resources. This content is provided “as is” for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all free content is error-free or up to date.
Free content is subsidised by Coaley Peak® and may be updated, modified, or removed at our discretion.
4. Training and courses
4.1 Free online content
Our introductory AI course, tutorials, guides, and learning paths are provided free of charge and online. No payment or card details are required to access them. This content is for educational purposes and may be updated, changed, or withdrawn at our discretion. Because it is free, no fee is payable and no refund arises.
4.2 In-person training
Our paid courses are delivered as in-person workshopsat your premises or an agreed venue. The price shown (currently £1,049 + VAT per training day) is the cost for the whole day and the whole group, not per person, and assumes a minimum of 8 attendees. Where we state it is included, attendees keep online access to the related course materials after the workshop so they can revisit the content.
4.3 Mentoring
Our AI Mentoring Programme is optional and charged separately at £75 + VAT per hour. Sessions are arranged by agreement and may be one-to-one or in a small group.
4.4 Pricing and VAT
Prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) to business customers and are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at the applicable rate on your invoice. Travel and reasonable expenses for in-person training are included unless we tell you otherwise in writing before the booking is confirmed. We may change our prices at any time, but a change will not affect a booking we have already confirmed.
4.5 Cancellations and refunds
In-person training may be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the agreed date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before are non-refundable, but you may transfer the booking to another date or send different attendees, subject to availability. If we cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to a new date.
To discuss a booking, please contact us. Any refund due is normally processed within 5 to 10 business days.
5. Team and business customers
Most of our paid training is bought by a business for its team or department. In-person training is quoted per training day for the whole group as set out in Section 4, rather than per individual seat. We are happy to prepare a written quote for your team.
Business invoicing is available on request. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment terms for business customers are 30 days from the invoice date. Bookings are confirmed once we receive your written acceptance of the quote or a purchase order.
